Catalogue:
Here is written information we offer to help you understand state(1) Citizenship, and to
help you assert it. Products numbered one through three are wholly created and maintained
by author Scott Eric Rosenstiel, America's foremost authority on state(1)/sovereign
Citizenship:
1. The Sovereignty Introduction Manual: $9.95.
Learn the basic concepts (100 pages approx.) of state Citizenship, how the Federal Reserve
works and how federal income taxes go to it and do not pay for government services. This
is the quickest and least expensive way to get a detailed overview of these topics and how
they all relate to one another. Discover the differences between state Citizenship and
fourteenth amendment citizenship, that all of the Founding Fathers were state Citizens,
and how fourteenth amendment citizens are complete subject to federal power as federal
franchisees.
2. A Treatise On Sovereignty: Individual, State, and Federal: $79.95.
A truly complete guide to the legal foundations of state Citizenship. At over 400 pages,
it contains over 500 quotes from case law and other authorities. It is no exaggeration
when we say that this is by far the most in-depth work on the topic. Shows the inner
workings of state and federal jurisdictions, how it relates to the income taxes, how most
state Citizens have no liability, and how to legally avoid all income taxes. Important
suppressed issues are presented, such as how the United States have been under continual
military jurisdiction since the Civil War in 1863, the actual laws and
orders creating the military districts which are still in place today. We guarantee that
after assimilating this work, the reader will know more about state Citizenship than
virtually all of the people writing books and giving lectures on the subject! Related
articles are also included to foster understanding. Best of all, the information is
compiled into ready-to-use memoranda and supporting letters to the IRS and State income
tax agencies. Also included is all the information needed to stop all withholding
(according to the Internal Revenue Code itself - not an unconventional argument) and to
obtain work and bank accounts without a social security number (according to the IRS and
the civil rights laws)! Not a vague theory or unusable information! Among what is included
are the following memoranda of law, printed in pleadings paper format:
* A Treatise Defining "State" & "United States": 79 pages
* A Treatise on the Jurisdictional Significance of the American Ensign: 61 pages
* A Treatise on the Definition of "Include": 31 pages
* The Internal Revenue Code: 29 pages
* Military Jurisdictional Defined: 6 pages
* A Treatise on the Nature of the Federal Income Tax: 52 pages
* Leased Employees: 5 pages
* The Liability of Employees With Respect to the Claimed Tax Status of Employers: 4 pages
3. Service Fee: $995.00 per individual. Spouses additionally $495.00. Call for household
rates.
In the service fee, I (Scott Eric Rosenstiel) provide information on a one-on-one basis,
including letters to agencies, phone consultations, and my latest research as developed.
Among the services received are the following:
* Declaration paperwork: used by a person to declare his state(1) Citizenship, including,
as developed, letters to various agencies on the matter
* Up to 20 letters to IRS, state income tax agency, or any other (as needed)
* Help in establishing a bank account and other financial services,
without a social security number (SSN)
* Help establishing a job without an SSN or withholding taxes.
* My latest and continuing research, as developed, and much more!
Legal Manuals:
4. Baldwin on the Constitution: $9.95.
Written in 1837 by Supreme Court Justice Henry Baldwin, this is the most valuable work on
state(1)/federal jurisdiction ever.
5. Commentaries on the Constitution: $64.95.
Released in 1833, this three-volume set by Supreme Court Justice Joseph Story is the most
complete book on the federal constitution ever written. This book also contains large
sections on American history, the history of republics, etc. This is for those that
like to read!
6. The Establishment of State Government in California: $14.95.
Written in 1914 by Cardinal Goodwin, M.A., this is the story of how government in
California was established, and contains excerpts from the convention which wrote our
state constitution in 1849, and contains an analysis of it. This book is very important
for those who want to understand the California Constitution.
7. Blackstone's Commentaries: $64.95.
This four volume work was the leading work on the English common law at the time of
American independence, was used on a regular basis up until the Civil War, and is still
used today. This is an 1859 American edition in two volumes, collecting together the best
notes of earlier American and English editions. I truly think this is the best edition for
those who are interested in state(1) Citizenship, especially since it was released just
before the War.
8. Bouvier's Law Dictionary: $64.95.
This was the leading American law dictionary at the time of the Civil War, and remained so
until past the turn-of-the-century. This, the 1858 edition, is probably the very last one
before the War.
